Low Country Boil

Help support all academic areas at JPII with an adult-friendly evening of fun, fellowship, and food.

On February 7, 2026, from 6:00-9:00 p.m., JPII will host its annual Low Country Boil event at Stokes Farm. Table sponsorships and individual tickets are available. Each ticket gets you all the Frogmore stew you can eat, desserts, and several non-alcoholic beverages; adult beverages will also be available for purchase. There will also be a raffle with more than 35 prizes valued at $100 or more and a silent auction for higher-priced items. Lastly, challenge your friends in the Super Bowl Squares contest. Cash prizes will be won after each quarter of the Super Bowl. If you have any questions please contact Charlie Harvey at charlie@jp2highschool.com

What they’re saying…

“John Paul II Catholic High School is a shining example of what a high school should be. There are many events and activities at the school throughout the year, however, the Low Country Boil is an amazing event. It is a wonderful time to gather with friends and the JPII family for a night of great food and fun. Honestly, the shrimp, potatoes, and corn are so delicious, and what a fun way to have dinner and not have to cook. The evening is genuinely a great time, socializing with other parents and faculty, laughing, and just growing closer as a school family. There is a raffle and an auction as well. Looking over the amazing items for raffle and auction is fun, and sometimes it turns into a fun, friendly “competition” to see who can win the auction. I have honestly made such amazing friends at this event, and we have such a great time. This has become an annual tradition, one that I look forward to each year.”
JPII alumni and current Rebecca Goetz

“The Low Country Boil event was fun and lively. Everyone enjoyed the tasty food and the opportunity to socialize or catch up with friends. The atmosphere was energized and full of laughs. The guests loved the friendly competition as they eagerly participated in drawings and auctions, excited to win awards such as vacations and items from local crafts and businesses. As always, it was an awesome experience to gather with family, friends, and school faculty/staff.”
